Miréal Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

1.1. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the order is placed.
1.2. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

2.1. European Union (EU)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

2.2. International (Outside EU) ( CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE )

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days

  • Express International: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates

3.1. Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €150 within the EU.
3.2. Flat-rate standard shipping of €8 for orders under €150 (EU).
3.3. International shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
3.4. Express shipping options available at an additional cost.

4. Order Cut-off Times

4.1. Orders placed before 1:00 PM CET on business days will enter processing the same day.
4.2. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CET, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

5.1. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5.2. Use the provided link and tracking number to monitor delivery status.
5.3. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order placement, please contact info@mireal.eu.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

6.1. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
6.2. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.
6.3. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

7.1. If a package is lost in transit, please contact info@mireal.eu. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7.2. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and photos of damage, then email us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
