3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in the currency indicated and exclude taxes and shipping fees, calculated at checkout.

  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due, including taxes and shipping.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping and Returns

Mobile Terms of Service

  1. Operator.
    The mireal mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Miréal Erika Landriscina (“Miréal,” “we,” “us”).

  2. Consent & Opt-In.
    By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Miréal to send you recurring automated SMS/text messages—including promotional and service-related messages—using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology, even if your number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.

  3. Message Types.

    • Service Messages: Order confirmations, shipping updates, account alerts.

    • Promotional Messages: New arrivals, limited-edition launches, VIP previews, cart reminders.

  4. Message Frequency.
    We may send up to 6 messages per month (frequency may vary based on your interactions).

  5. Message & Data Rates.
    Standard message and data rates apply as charged by your mobile carrier.

  6. Opt-Out & Help.

    • To stop all SMS messages, click on the unsubscribe or stop link on sent messages. They include STOP links. It wil direct you to a website hosted by Klaviyo to allow you to STOP the SMS marketing.

  7. Privacy & Data Sharing.
    Your mobile number and SMS consent are used solely by Miréal and its service providers (e.g. Klaviyo) to deliver messages as described. We will not share, sell, or rent your SMS data or consent to any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

    We may modify or discontinue the Service—or these Mobile Terms—at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date and post the revised terms. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
